利用硅胶柱色谱、羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱(Sephadex LH-20)、MCI柱色谱及高效液相色谱(HPLC)等分离手段,并借助核磁共振(1D-和2D—NMR)等多种波谱学方法,从美丽马醉木(Pierisformosa)叶中共分离鉴定了15个化合物,结构类型涉及二萜、三萜和黄酮,分别为sec—orhodomollolideD(1),pierisoidA(2),pierisformosin L(3),grayanotoxin—XVIII(4),grayanotoxin—Ⅱ(5),ursolicacid(6),betulinicacid(7),2’,4-dihydroxy-4’-methoxy-6’-0-β-glucopyranosidedihydrochalcone(8),phloridzin(9),phloretin(10),3-hydroxy—phloridzin(11),catechin(12),epicatechin(13),epicatechin-(2β→O→7,4β→8)-ent—epicatechin(14),bis-8,8’-catechinylmethane(15).其中,化合物1,3,5—12,14和15为首次从该植物中分离得到.
By the means of chromatographic methods and spectroscopic evidences, 15 compounds are isolated and identified from the leaves of Pieris formosa, including diterpenoids, triterpenoids and flavones. These known compounds are elucidated as secorhodomollolide D (1), pierisoid A (2), pierisformosin L (3), grayanotoxin - XVIII (4), grayanotoxin - Ⅱ(5), ursolic acid (6), betulinic acid (7), 2', 4 - dihydroxy - 4' - methoxy - 6' - 0 -/3 - glucopyranoside dihydrochalcone ( 8 ), phloridzin ( 9 ), phloretin ( 10 ), 3 - hydroxy - phloridzin (11), catechin (12), epicatechin (13), epicatechin - (2β→O→7,4β→8) - ent - epicatechin ( 14 ), bis - 8, 8' - catechinylmethane (15). Among them, compounds 1, 3, 5 - 12, 14 and 15 are obtained from the title plant for the first time.
