为了提高叶轮的加工精度,对某单位自主研发的叶轮加工中心进行了模态分析,找出了该加工中心的薄弱环节和固有频率较低的原因,并针对该加工中心的关键构件与频率较低的构件提出了优化设计。提高了加工中心的动态性能,为以后的设计提供了一定的参考。
In order to improve the machining precision of the impeller, the modal analysis of the impeller machining center which is developed by a company is carried out. The weak parts of the machining center and the reason why the inherent frequency is low are found out. For the key components and the lower - fre- quency components of the impeller machining center, the optimizing design is put forward to improve the dynamic characteristics of machine tool, which may provide a certain reference for the further design.
