为了克服传统掘进工作面除尘系统安装维护量大、能耗高、环节多、噪音大、笨重的缺点,基于粉尘分布规律的模拟分析以及风力扩展器的工作原理,提出了基于风力扩展器的综掘面封闭式除尘系统。通过工业实验得到该除尘系统的最佳供水压力为3MPa,最佳供气压力为0.7MPa,并在鲍店煤矿综掘工作面进行了应用。该系统可将综掘机截割产尘有效地控制在综掘机司机前方,将工作面产生的粉尘抽出并净化,使工作面工作区域内粉尘浓度降低到国家标准10mg/m3以下。该除尘系统保护了职工的身体健康,保障了矿井的安全生产。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional heading face dedusting system, such as installation and maintenance of large, high energy consumption, multiple links, noise and bulky.Based on the simulation of dust distribution and the working principle of wind expander, a dedusting system based on wind expander is proposed.Through industrial experiment,the best water pressure of the dedusting system is 3MPa and optimum supply pressure is 0.7MPa.Then it is applied in fully mechanized driving face of Baodian Coal Mine.This dedusting system can effectively control the dust,produced by the fully-mechanized coal winning machine, in the front of the driver. The dust in the working face can be extracted and purified, so that the dust concentration in the work area is reduced to below the national standard of10mg/m3. This dedusting system protect the health of workers,and ensuret the safety of the mine production.
