为了克服一些传统方法对采空区煤自燃温度场监测的不足,提出了一种本质安全、监测范围广泛的采空区煤自燃分布式光纤温度监测预警技术。基于自发后向拉曼散射的分布式温度测量技术,研制出矿用隔爆型分布式光纤测温装置;采用恒温拟合方法和经验公式修正温度误差,提高了检测温度的精确度;开发出采空区煤自燃分布式光纤温度监测预警软件系统,提出在采空区三带范围内将感温光缆采用倒"弓"形的布置方法。试验结果表明:将该系统可实时监测采空区温度场分布及其变化趋势,并实现煤自燃的分级预警和发火位置的判定,对矿井防灭火工作具有重要的指导作用。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods of monitoring the spontaneous combustion temperature field of coal in goaf, the distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring and pre-warning technology for spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf with intrinsic safety and wide monitoring range was proposed. Based on the distributed temperature measurement technology of spontaneous Raman scattering, the mine-used explosionproof distributed optical fiber temperature measurement device was developed. The temperature error was corrected by means of constant temperature fitting method and empirical formula, thus the precision of the temperature measurement improved. The software of the distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring and pre-warning for spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf was developed, and the temperature-sensing cable was proposed to layout in the mode of inverted bow in three zone of goaf. Test results showed that the system real-time monitored the distribution and variation of temperature field of goaf, realized stage pre-warning of coal spontaneous combustion and determined the ignition position. It played an important role in guiding fire prevention in mine.
