以裴沟煤矿42采区硐室为研究背景,利用地质雷达与钻孔窥视仪探测硐室围岩松动圈发育情况,运用数值模拟软件UDEC分析了注浆的作用范围以及不同水灰比和注浆压力条件下浆液扩散规律,并针对硐室围岩岩性特点,提出U型钢支架壁后注浆一次支护技术,在此基础上,再进行永久支护。现场工业性试验结果表明,在采用合理支护方案后硐室维护效果理想。
Chamber group in 42 mining district of Peigou mine was studied with numerical simulation and field test, geological radar and drilling peep instrument were used to test and judge the loosen zone of chambers surrounding rock, and UDEC was used to analyze the action range of grouting and grout diffusion under different water cement ratio and injection pressure. Aiming at the lithological characteristics of chambers, the first support scheme of u - steel support backwall grouting was proposed. The industrial result showed that, chamber group was effectively maintained with rational support scheme.
