为解决葫芦素煤矿深部半煤岩"锚-网-索"联合支护巷道掘进效率低的难题,提出了以顶板连续梁为理论指导、以高预紧长锚固的柔性锚杆为关键技术的快速掘进技术。通过预应力锚杆在顶板形成足够厚度的锚固岩梁,消除离层、避免失稳,实现本层内、多层间的双向联动。结果表明,"锚-网-索"联合支护改为单一柔性锚杆支护,显著简化了支护程序、有效地控制了巷道变形,使得巷道的月进尺由原500m提高至720m,提高率达44%,技术经济效果明显。
Aiming at the low tunneling efficiency of roadway with bolt-mesh-cable support for the deep semi coal rock in I-Iulusu Coal Mine, a rapid tunneling technology is proposed. Theoretical basis of the technology is roof continuous beam, and the key technique is high pre-tensioned full length flexible anchoring bolt. The pre-tensioned anchor bolt forms anchored rock beam, which is thick enough to eliminate the layer separation, avoid instability and eventually realize bidirectional linkage in one layer and between multi-layers. The results show that, after the transformation from bolt-mesh -cable support into flexible bolt support, the support procedure is remarkably simplified with roadway deformation effectively controlled. The tunneling speed was improved by 44%, from 500m per month to720m per month. Favorable technical and economic effect is achieved.
