对等截面悬臂梁受静载荷和自由落体冲击作用两种情况下的受力状态进行了理论分析;同时对组合式材料力学多功能实验台进行升级改造。通过加装支座、伸缩杆、滑轮以及落锤等工装,使其实现自由落体冲击实验的功能,利用XH5699动态信号测试分析系统对等截面悬臂梁进行静态的和自由落体冲击下的实验。最后,利用ANSYS软件对等截面悬臂梁进行了静动态的有限元分析。结果对比表明:静载荷作用下理论、实验和ANSYS模拟结果基本一致,误差约1%;动载荷作用下实验和ANSYS模拟所得结果误差约5%。可见在相似情况下,ANSYS模拟结果可以近似分析悬臂梁受力状态。
The stress behavior of uniform cantilever beam under the static load and free-fall impact was investigated by theoretical analysis. The "multi functional test platform for composite materials"was improved by the installation of bearings,telescopic rod,pulley,hammer and so on,and thus the free fall impact test can be performed. The impact experiments of uniform cantilever beam under the static load and free-fall impact were carried out by XH5699 dynamic signal test and analysis system. The finite element analysis( FEA) of uniform cantilever beam under the static load and free-fall impact was performed by ANSYS. The results exhibited that the theoretical,experimental values were consistent with analysis data of ANSYS under static load. In addition,the deviation under the static load and free-fall impact was about 1% and 5%,respectively,it indicated that the stress behavior of uniform cantilever beam under the same condition can be analyzed by ANSYS.
