Li Bo was born in 1980. He received the B.S. and M. S. degrees in Air Force Engineering University and Xidian University in 2001 and 2004, respectively and now working towards Ph.D. degree in Xidian University. His research interests are broadband wireless transmission systems and HPA linearization techtuques. E-mail： chinasdleebo@yahoo.com.cn Ge Jianhua was born in 1961. He received the Ph.D. degree from Xidian University in 1989. He is now a professor and Deputy Director of National Key Laboratory of Integrated Service Networks at the Depart- ment of Communication Engineering in Xidian University. He once worked in the DTV standardization group as a DTV technical expert. His research interests include digital video broadcasting system, MIMO and mobile communication techniques. Ai Bo was born in 1974. He received the B.S. degree from Engineering College of Armed Police Force in 1997, M. S. and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University in 2002 and 2004, respectively. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as a post doctor research fellow in Tsinghua University. He is now an adjunct associate professor in Chang＇an University. He is an IEEE member, CIE senior member and Secretary of IEEE BTS Beijing Chapter. His current interests are the research and applications of OFDM techniques with emphasis on synchronization, HPA linearization techniques and GSM railway systems.
