针对农产品企业传统一体化模式的产业链条经营问题,本文在文献回顾的基础上,从产业融合的视角出发,构建了面向开放式创新的新型产业链整合模式,并选择正大集团和中粮集团为双案例研究对象,对采取产业融合方式的过程和侧重点进行比较案例分析。研究发现,新型的产业链整合模式既改变了传统产业链封闭性的弊端又不断带来新的创造力。通过产业融合的渗透、交叉和重组方式将产业链整合和开放式创新相联系,深化和拓展了农产品企业开放式创新的深度和广度,从而形成具有高度融合性及动态竞争优势的产业发展模式,为实现农业企业的产业链升级提供理论支撑和政策建议。

英文摘要：

According to the operational problems about traditional integrative patterns of industrial chain for Agricultural product enterprises,after reviewing literatures,we build a new industrial chain integration model which oriented open innovation from the perspective of industry convergence,and we select the CP Group and COFCO as our study object,then we take a compare analysis for the process and focus of industry convergence approach. We find that a new type of industrial chain integration model not only change the closed drawbacks of the traditional industrial chain and bring new creativity constantly,they link industry chain integration and open innovation by penetration,cross and restructuring of industrial convergence way,and deepen and expand the breadth and depth of open innovation for Agricultural product enterprises,Thereby forming a pattern of industrial development with a high degree of integration and dynamic competitive advantage,to provide theoretical support and policy advice for the realization of the industrial chain upgrading about Agricultural product enterprises.
