运用Ansys有限元软件在细观层次上仿真模拟再生混凝土试件的抗压试验,将再生混凝土看作天然骨料、砂浆、附着砂浆、新界面、老界面五相复合材料组成,运用Ansys建立了二维圆形的随机骨料模型,并以此建立了的二维和三维再生混凝土立方体数值模拟试件,进行轴向受压分析。改变附着砂浆的强度及新、老界面的厚度、再生骨料的取代率等参数,分析它们对抗压强度的影响。模拟结果表明,当附着砂浆强度愈大,新、老界面厚度越小,再生骨料取代率变小、骨料粒径愈小时,再生混凝土抗压强度越大。
Use the Ansys finite element software to simulate the compressive test of recycled concrete specimens in the meso level.The recycled concrete is considered as the five phase composite material, aggregate, new hardened cement paste, old hardened cement paste, new interracial transition zone,old interracial transition zone.With monte carlo method and fuller curve,use the APDL parametric programming in Ansys to establish a random aggregate model of two-dimensional and three-dimensional spherical.Simulation results show,when the old hardened cement paste strength is bigger,the thickness of the new and old interface is smaller,the more the replacement rate of recycled aggregate, the greater the compressive strength of recycled concrete.
