英文摘要：

Wetlands known as the ＂kidney of the earth＂ are one of the three ecosystems on the Earth. In the arid and semi-arid areas of China, wetland has an irreplaceable effect on the regulation of climate, water conservation, carbon cycle and biodiversity conservation. This research discussed the method to asseess the wetland resources asset value in Inner Mongolia Etuokeqianqi.Based on the evaluation of wetland resources,the accounting model of wetland resource assets was established, and the accounting method to the ecosystem services ofwetland resources were studied respectively.Then calculated the value of the wetland resources of the Etuokeqianqi 2015.The results indicated that the total value of grassland resources in 2015 is about1.594 billion yuan.This study provides technical support for the protection and management of wetland resources in arid and semi arid areas.
