本文以复杂环境行为模型为理论基础，运用实证研究的方法，首先识别出生态工业园建设过程中企业实施环境行为的影响因素，包括政策法规、政府支持、供应链结构以及信息资源与技术资源。进一步通过关联分析和回归分析探讨影响因素与企业环境行为之间的关系．结果显示：政策法规、供应链结构和信息与技术资源对企业环境行为存在显著正影响，而政府支持对企业环境行为直接影响不明显。因此，政府除了加强法规完善，更应该提供支持，帮助和激发企业实施环境行为；企业则应该提高自身的技术水平和能力，这样才能有效地促进环境行为实施。
英文摘要：
Based on the complex environmental behavior theoretical model and the method of statistical analysis, this paper identifies influencing factors that have effects on enterprises＇ environmental behaviors for eeo-industrial parks development, including governmental regulations, governmental support, supply chain structure and information/technology resources. Further correlation and regression analysis of the relationships between those factors and environmental behaviors show that the factors of governmental regulation, supply chain structure and resources have direct influence on enterprises＇ environmental behaviors while governmental support does not have direct influence. Therefore, the government should not only implement stricter regulations to push enterprises to adopt environmental behavior practices, but also provide support to help and motivate enterprises, while enterprises should enhance themselves to effectively implement environmental behaviors.
