生态设计是一种绿色技术创新实践．本文提出一种基于灰数DEMATEL方法，根据因果关系分类，用于企业识别需要优先重视的生态设计实践．以一个典型电信设备制造企业为例，提出了生态设计的因素并进行了因果关系的分析，根据量化的结果对各个因素进行了因果分类和重要性排序．最后提出了我国电信设备制造企业进行生态设计实践三个层面的措施，为企业高层管理人员提供了实施生态设计的科学依据．

英文摘要：

Eco-design is an innovation practice with green technology. It puts forward a grey-DEMATEL based method which manufacturers can use to identify their priorities of coo-design practices according to cause-resuh classification. Based on the case study of a typical telecommunication manufacturer, it points out the elements of eco-design practices and conducts a cause-resuh analysis. Further it classifies these practices and ranks them according to their importance. Finally, it raises long-term, short-term and key eeo-design practices for Chinese telecommunication manufacturers, and puts forward some suggestions for senior managers on how to implement eco-design practices.
