针对风力发电机变桨轴承的漏脂问题,基于有限元法对极限工况及常规工况下变桨轴承的变形进行分析,通过分析结果对轴承密封过盈量进行优化设计,并进行试验验证。结果表明:优化后的变桨轴承有较好的密封效果,多余油脂全部从出油孔排出,收集到集油瓶中,解决了轴承漏脂问题,降低了风机运维成本。
In order to solve grease leakage of pitch bearings in wind turbines,the deformation of pitch bearings is analyzed with FEM under limit working condition and normal working condition. The optimal design for seal interference of bearings is conducted through analysis results,and the test verification is carried out. The results show that the optimized pitch bearings have good sealing effect,and the excessive grease is discharged from oil hole and is collected by grease bottle. The grease leakage of bearings is solved,and the operational and maintenance cost is reduced.
