针对圆柱滚子的结构特点,基于ABAQUS建立对数修形滚子与滚道接触的局部有限元模型,对其进行数值模拟仿真,分别分析纯径向力工况、中心偏载工况和偏中心倾斜工况的对数修形滚子对转盘轴承应力分布的影响。结果表明:纯径向力工况下,轻载时应力分布均匀,滚子端部未出现应力集中,重载时滚子中部应力分布均匀,端部出现应力集中;在中心偏载工况和偏中心倾斜工况,随载荷增加,滚子端部应力集中越明显。
According to structural characteristics of cylindrical rollers,the local finite element model for contact between logarithmically profiled rollers and raceways are built based on ABAQUS. The numerical simulation is carried out,and the influences of logarithmically profiled rollers on stress distribution of slewing bearings are analyzed respectively under pure radial force condition,center partial load condition and offset center tilt condition. The results show that under pure radial force condition,the stress at the end of rollers is not concentrated,and the stress distribution is uniform under light load. The stress distribution in the middle of rollers is uniform,and the stress is concentrated at the end under heavy load. Under center partial load condition and offset center tilt condition,the stress distribution in the middle of rollers is uneven with smaller value under light and heavy load,and the stress is concentrated obviously at the end of rollers.
