以盆栽黄刺玫为材料,通过持续水分胁迫处理,同时以正常浇水为对照,研究了不同程度水分胁迫对黄刺玫叶片的相对含水量、渗透调节物质的积累、丙二醛含量、保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:在持续水分胁迫处理下,黄刺玫叶片相对含水量持续下降,可溶性糖含量呈先升后平稳变化,可溶性蛋白表现先升后降趋势,脯氨酸含量则呈先平稳后升的趋势,而丙二醛含量表现持续上升。保护酶方面,SOD、POD变化趋势一致,即都表现先升后降,POD变化滞后于SOD变化。
Taking the Rosa xanthina as the test materials,through continued water stress treatment and normal water treatment as control The effects of water stress on relative water content,protective enzyme activity,MDA content and Osmolyte molecules content in the leaves of Rosa xanthina were studied.The study results showed that along with the time of water stress,the RWC decreased,the soluble sugar content continued to increase,the soluble protein content increased at first and then decreased,proline content and MDA content continued to increase.With protective enzyme activity,the change of SOD、POD activity was consistent which continued to increase at first and then decreased,the change of POD activity was delayed than SOD.
