对比分析中、美、欧、日的抗震设防水准、弹性反应谱、地震作用计算方法的异同,基于算例对比各国抗震规范中不同地震烈度下的地震作用设定水平。结果表明,上述抗震规范中反应谱、地震作用计算方法的本质是相同的,但在反应谱的表达形式、参数确定方法和地震作用取值上存在差异。
英文摘要：
Similarities and differences of seismic fortification level,elastic response spectrum,calculation methods of earthquake action among Chinese,American,European,Japanese seismic codes were compared and analyzed.Based on the case,levels of earthquake action in these codes under different seismic intensities were comparied.The results show that the essence of response spectrum and calculation methods of earthquake action of the codes is similar while expression form of response spectrum,methods of determining ground motion parameters and valuing of earthquake action is different.
