工程结构长期受到结构应力的作用,会产生微应变,导致结构的损伤积累和抗力衰减。为对应力进行定位,基于光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器搭建了应力定位系统,通过一种基于参考数据的算法对金属铝板的应力位置进行识别研究。结果表明:该方法具有较高的精度与稳定性,预测误差在厘米量级。
Engineering structures undergo high structure stress loading for a long time can produce micro-strain, and results in damage accumulation and resistance decay of structure. To locate stress, a stress localization system based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensors is set up, and by algorithm based on reference data, stress positon on an aluminum alloy plate is identified. The result proves that this method has higher precision and stability, the predicting error is in the order of cm.
