目的探讨Cox17拷贝数在高原习服中的变化规律。方法分别取年龄、职业等相匹配的世居藏族组(n=20)、移居汉族组(n=20)和平原汉族组(n=18)受试者静脉血2 ml/人,提取DNA,通过定量PCR方法(染料法)检测Cox17基因的相对拷贝数。结果移居汉族的Cox17基因拷贝数最低,平原汉族的拷贝数较多,世居藏族的Cox17基因拷贝数最高。结论 Cox17基因的拷贝数变化可能是高原习服的机制之一。
Objective To explore the change of Cox17 copy number in immigrants during altitude acclimatization.Methods 2 ml of venous blood samples from 20 native Tibetans,20 migrant Han people and 18 plain Han people with matched age,profession,etc.were collected for DNA extraction.Then Cox17 copy numbers were detected by real-time PCR(dye method).Results The copy numbers of Cox17 from the lowest to highest were migrant Han people,plain Han people and native Tibetan in order.Conclusion The change of Cox17 copy number may play a role in altitude acclimatization.
