基于曲面细分与变形原理,提出由设计师提供带有多个变形通道信息的初始汽车简单曲面造型,造型细节则交由用户在可全局或局部变形的曲面模型上直接调整,结合用户反馈的参数调整数据获得最终汽车造型方案的设计方法。该方法的应用过程中,用户参与了设计工作,在对汽车造型进行评价的同时进行了形态的再设计,可以有效表达用户对汽车造型风格的个人期望,也使设计师获得多个用户对汽车造型期望的直接数据。该方法操作简便,可迅速获得多个汽车造型方案,从而提高汽车造型设计效率。
A method for car form design based on subdivision and deformation technology was pro- posed herein. Firstly, the designer provided a basic simple mesh model of the car with multi--deforma- tion channels and subdivided the car model. Then the detailed form was modified by the users accord- ing to the locally changeable models. Finally, the dseigner determined the final car form through statis- tic analysis of the feedbacks from the users. In this process, the redesign and the evaluation of the car form were carried out at same time. As a result,this method makes the users express personal expec- tations for car form,and enables the designer to obtain the direct data of the users' expected car form. This method is easy to conduct, and can obtain many car form solutions, which is able to promote the better communication and makes the design process more efficient.
