采用荧光光谱法研究了β-环糊精(β—CD)、甲基-β-环糊精(M—β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP—β—CD)、磺丁基-β-环糊精(SBEp—CD)对维生素B1的包合作用。在固定维生素B1浓度和改变环糊精及其衍生物浓度的情况下,维生素B1的荧光发射波长的变化以及荧光强度的增强表明了包合物的形成,用荧光双倒数法计算了环糊精及其衍生物与维生素B1的包合常数。实验结果表明:在pH=7.4的体系中,β-环糊精对维生素B1的包合能力最强,且四种环糊精与维生素B1的包合物的包合比均为1:1。
The inclusion interactions of VB1 with β-cyclodextrin(β-CD), methyl-β-cyclodextrin(M-β-CD), hydroxyproyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) and sulfobutyl-β-cyclodextrin (SBE-β-CD) were investigated using steady state fluorescence spectroscopy at 20℃ in pH = 7. 4 medium. Remarkable fluorescence emission enhancement upon addition of VB1 and changes of its emission wavelengths in the presence of CDs suggested the formation of complex. And the formation constants of VB1-CDs were determined by fluorescence spectrometric method, which showed that β-CD had the strongest inclusion capacity with VB1 in pH=7.4 buffer solution. The inclusion ratio for the four CDs with VB1 was all 1=1.
