Since there is repeating local repair problem in node mobile acute region and existance of lower stream link is not considered in local repair in AODV routing protocal, a new routing protocol AODV-DD（AODV with decision-making and double-way repair）is proposed. In the new protocol, the local repair algorithm in AODV is improved. Local repair number of node decides whether it happens or not,and the algorithm is optimized by double-way repair. Simulation results in NS2 show that the routing protocal performance is improved to a certain extent after local repair algorithm is improved, especially time delay performance has a great improvement.
