目的:研究肉苁蓉不同提取部位的润肠通便作用。方法:使用易蒙停建立大鼠便秘模型,计算便秘大鼠6 h的粪便粒数和重量,并观察、测定便秘大鼠的胃肠激素和肠神经递质等指标。结果:肉苁蓉不同提取部位有促进便秘大鼠排泄作用,与模型组比较,总寡糖部位组SS、AchE、SP、MTL有升高的趋势,总寡糖部位组5-HT、VIP、NT显著升高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),AQP3显著降低(P〈0.01),表明总寡糖组有明显的治疗效果,其余各组无显著性差异,提示总寡糖是肉苁蓉有效作用部位。结论:肉苁蓉的总寡糖具有较好的润畅通便作用,能有效治疗便秘,可为其开发提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the laxative effects of different extracted parts of C.deserticola.METHODS Imodium constipation rat model was established to observe defecation,and determine gastrointestinal hormones and neurotransmitters,etc.RESULTS Different extracted parts of C.deserticola had promoting effects to constipating excretion of rats.Compared with model group,SS,AchE,SP and MTL of gosaccharide part tended to rise,5-HT,VIP and NT of oligosaccharide part significantly increased(P0.05 or P0.01),AQP3 significantly reduced(P0.01),which suggested that the oligosaccharide part had obvious therapeutic effects.The remaining parts showed no significant difference.Oligosaccharide was an effective working part of C.deserticola.CONCLUSION The oligosaccharide of C.deserticola has good purging effects,and can effectively treat constipation,which provides the scientific basis for pharmaceutical development.
