以土地集约理论为依据,运用TOPSIS方法对花都区与珠三角主要城市进行综合评价与比较,建立了PSR集约评价指标体系,结果表明:广州市花都区土地利用集约水平较低,其集约度指标值仅为0.2238,在珠三角主要城市中处于较低水平,仅优于江门市与肇庆市,人均建设用地面积太大、地均二三产业GDP小等是其主要原因,并就提高花都区土地集约水平提出了一些建议。
By taking the intensive land-use theory as basis and using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) and the model of Pressure-State-Response(PSR),the land-use level of Huadu District is taken as an example to be analyzed. In order to evaluate the land-use objectively,some other cities in the Pearl River Delta are taken as comparative objectives. The result indicates that the level of Huadu land intensive use is 0.2238, lower than those in other areas of the Pearl River Delta,except Jiangmen City and Zhaoqing City. The main reasons are that the per capita construction land area is too big,while the unit area output of secondary-tertiary industry is too low. These show that the product output rate of land in Huadu District is low. To solve the problem,some suggestions on improving the level of urban land intensive use are put forward:Control the construction land strictly with demarcation of its limit; Optimize the land structure and improve its benefits; Use the idle land fully and rationally,and so on.
