为解决包含分布式电源智能配电网中故障方向的检测问题,提出一种基于电压变化量幅值比较的故障方向检测元件。该元件根据不同位置故障下电压变化量的分布特点,通过比较保护安装处母线电压变化量与定义的工作电压变化量的幅值大小判断故障方向。考虑到智能配电网系统阻抗、线路阻抗和负荷阻抗角度变化范围较大的特点,研究了工作电压变化量中整定阻抗幅值和角度的取值原则,针对不同的阻抗特征,采用不同类型的判据配合工作,以提高故障方向元件的可靠性。DIgSILENT仿真验证了基于电压变化量幅值比较的故障方向检测原理的可行性和可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of fault direction identification in a smart distribution network with distributed generators (DG),a method for identifying fault direction by comparing the amplitude of voltage variation is proposed. According to the distribution characteristic of voltage variation in different fault regions,this direction element can determine the fault direction by comparing the relationship of amplitude between bus voltage variation and defined operation voltage variation.In consideration of the feature that the equivalent system impedance,line impedance and load impedance may vary within a wide range,a great deal of studies has been conducted to establish the setting rule of amplitude and angle of the setting impedance.According to different impedance characteristics,different types of criteria are used to coordinate the work,so as to improve the reliability of fault directional elements.Finally,case simulation by DIgSILENT has proved the feasibility and reliability of fault direction identification criteria based on amplitude comparison of voltage variation.
