Firstly, the paper research from the definition and connotation of resilience, combining with the specialties of emergency Logistics, think that the resilience of emergency Logistics can divide into flexibility and reliability of emergency Logistics.The conception and meaning of resilience can summarize via the research of flexibility and reliability.
