目的:通过观察针刺不同部位腧穴对前庭内侧核(MVe)神经元自发放电的影响,探讨不同部位针刺信号是否传入MVe及相应的效应特征。方法:选用成年健康雄性SD大鼠,20%乌拉坦麻醉状态下定位右侧MVe,采用细胞外玻璃微电极记录的方法,比较针刺足三里、曲池、胃俞和中脘对MVe神经元自发放电影响。结果:针刺足三里、曲池、胃俞和中脘均能不同程度地兴奋MVe神经元(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。与足三里、曲池相比,胃俞的兴奋效应更强(P〈0.05)。结论:针刺不同部位腧穴均可不同程度上兴奋MVe,影响MVe神经元自发放电。胃俞对MVe可能具有更强的调节作用。
Objective: To observe the different acupuncture points of medial vestibular nuclei the influence of the spontaneous discharge of neurons, and explore different acupuncture signals introduced into the medial vestibular nuclei ‘Mve'and the regularity of effect. Methods: Experiments were performed on SD rats anesthetized by 20% urethane. Extracelluar discharges were recorded by glass micropipettes inserted into MVe. Acupuncture(rotation 120-180 times/min, 1min) at Zusanli(ST36), Quchi(LI11), Weishu(BL21) and Zhongwan(CV12), compare effect on MVe neurons spontaneous discharge. Results: ST36, LI11, BL21 and CV12 could affect the Mve neurons in different degrees(P0.01, P 0.05). "Weishu"(BL21) specificity affect Mve(P0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture acupoints(ST36, LI11, BL21 and CV12) could be different in excitement of MVe, affect the MVe neurons spontaneous discharge, BL21 may have a stronger regulatory role of MVe.
