阐述了多重网格算法的基本原理及其在水润滑塑料合金轴承弹流润滑数值计算中的具体实施过程,并在线接触弹流润滑理论的基础上,对水润滑塑料合金轴承的弹流润滑模型进行数值计算,绘出无量纲压力和无量纲膜厚曲线。从理论上揭示出润滑机理为由于塑料合金具有高弹性而弹性模量较低,因而水润滑塑料合金轴承易于产生弹性变形,导致轴承与轴摩擦表面间楔形水膜的形成,从而形成弹流润滑。
The principle of the multilayer gridding algorithm, as well as its applications in the numerical calculation of water lubricated plastic alloy bearing elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL), was described. The computation of a water lubricated plastic alloy bearing EHL was carried out by the numerical model based on the liner contact theory. A Cuneiform water film on the frictional surface between bearing and spindle is formed because the plastic alloy has a high elasticity and low Young's modulus, which lead the water lubricated bearing is easy to be distorted.
