抗压强度和弹性模量是泡沫混凝土应用时重要的两个技术指标。在组成、配合比和制备工艺相同时,泡沫混凝土抗压强度与气泡率以及弹性模量与气泡率之间具有良好的相关性。通过控制泡沫混凝土气泡率,可达到控制抗压性能的目的。本研究在单轴压缩试验基础上,得出了试样的应力-应变曲线,通过回归拟合得出泡沫混凝土抗压强度与气泡率之间以及弹性模量与气泡率之间的指数函数关系,且相关系数R2均大于0.9,相关性较好。拟合关系式可应用于泡沫混凝土具体施工和制作过程中,推动了泡沫混凝土的广泛应用。
Compressive strength and elastic modulus are the two most important technique index for application of foam concrete.As thesame composition, same formulation and same preparation technique, the good correlations exit between the compressive strength of foamconcrete and the rate of air bubbles, and between the elastic modulus and the rate of air bubbles.Thus, by controlling the bubble rate offoam concrete, can achieve the purpose of control the compressive performance.On the basis of uniaxial compression test, the curves ofstress-strain were obtained, and the exponential correlation of compressive strength to bubble rate and the exponential correlation of elasticmodulus to bubble rate were obtained by regression, the correlation coefficient R2 were greater than 0.9, indicating the good correlations.These fitting formula can be used in construction and manufacturing operation of foam concrete,which provides a convenience for theapplication of foam concrete.
