研究了磨矿环境对方铅矿、闪锌矿单矿物及双矿物磨矿矿浆化学性质的影响。结果表明,采用瓷介质磨矿时,单矿物体系的矿浆化学性质主要受硫化矿物局部电池作用的影响,双矿物体系的矿浆化学性质同时受硫化矿物自身局部电池和矿物间伽伐尼电偶双重作用的影响;采用铁介质磨矿时,无论是单矿物体系还是双矿物体系,均同时存在硫化矿物、磨矿介质自身局部电池的作用和磨矿介质与硫化矿物之间伽伐尼电偶的作用,另外,双矿物体系中还存在硫化矿物之间的伽伐尼电偶作用。因此,矿浆化学性质受铁介质磨矿的影响更为复杂和显著。
Study is made on the effect of the grinding environment on the pulp chemistry of galena and sphalerite that are ground alone or together. The results show that when eeramic medium is used, the pulp chemistry of single mineral system is mainly affeeted by the loeal cell effect of sulfide mineral while that of dual mineral system, by the double effect of both the local cell of sulfide mineral itself and the galvanic eoupling between the minerals. When the iron medium is used, for either the single or the dual mineral system, there exists the effeet of the local cell of both sulfide mineral and the grinding medium themselves and the galvanic coupling effect between the grinding medium and the sulfide minerals. There is also the galvanic eoupling effect between the sulfide minerals. Therefore, the pulp ehemistry is affected more eomplicatedly and evidently when iron grinding medium is used.
