考查了乙硫氮为捕收剂时,磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿的浮选行为,发现在pH2~12的范围内,磁黄铁矿具有良好的可浮性,当pH>12时,可浮性下降.而脆硫锑铅矿在整个pH范围内,均具有很好的可浮性.铁闪锌矿只有在酸性条件下才有较好的可浮性,当pH>5以后,浮选回收率急剧下降而不可浮.并采用氧化剂过硫酸铵、还原剂硫代硫酸钠调节矿浆电位,考查了磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿在不同pH值下可浮性与矿浆电位的关系,得出了矿物可浮的电位-pH区间.研究表明,磁黄铁矿和脆硫锑铅矿可分离电位区间很窄.
The flotation behavior of pyrrhotite ,jamesonite and marmatite was investigated with sodium diethyldithio- carbamate(DDTC) as a collector. It is showm that pyrrhotite has good floatability from pH2 to pH12 ,and relatively poor floatability at pH 〉 12. Jamesonite has very good floatability in whole pH range. The marmatite exhibited good floatability at pH 〈 5. The flotation responses of these minerals are also dependent on the pulp potential. The potential-pH range suited for flotation of these minerals was established. Research results demonstrated that the potential range suited for flotation of three minerals is very narrow.
