为保证工作面液压系统可靠、经济、高效运行,讨论了当前的乳化液供液方案存在的不足,建立了液压支架动作时的数学模型,分析了支架不同动作对流量的需求。为了满足支架不同动作时对流量的不同需求,提出了一种基于支架动作识别从而实现流量匹配的供液方案。用AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink完成对乳化液供液过程的联合仿真,从而验证新供液方案的合理性及优越性。
In order to ensure the reliable, economic and efficient operation of working face hydraulic system, the disadvantages of current emulsion supplying schemes are discussed, the mathematical model of hydraulic support movement is established and the flow - rate demands for different operations of hydraulic support are analyzed. In order to meet the different flow -rate demands, a new emulsion supplying scheme is proposed, which can supply precise flow -rate based on the operation - identification of hydraulic support. The reasonability and superiority of this new emulsion supplying scheme is verified, using AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink joint simulation of the emulsion supplying process.
