为考查磁场对磁铁矿旋流器脱泥效果的影响,采用Φ100mm磁力旋流器,通过改变磁场强度和磁场位置进行试验。结果发现,磁场作用于旋流器锥中位置时,脱泥效果最佳;使用单线圈时,脱泥量为19.73%,铁回收率为82.26%;使用双线圈增大磁场强度和磁场作用空间,能进一步提高铁回收率到98.96%,品位达到60.36%,矿浆浓度由15%浓缩至48.83%。试验结果表明:磁力旋流器对磁铁矿具有一定的脱泥作用,并可提高磁铁矿精矿品位,是一个良好的磁力浓缩设备。
In order to study the desliming effect of magnetic field on magnetite,the experiments were carried out on a magnetic cyclone with the diameter of 100 mm by changing the strength and position of magnetic field.Finally,the best desliming effect would be achieved when the magnetic field was applied in the middle of the cone;the removal of fine mud reached to 19.73% with single coil,and the iron recovery of 82.26% was obtained;the iron recovery could be further improved to 98.96%,iron grade increased to 60.36%and the underflow concentration reached from 15% to 48.83% by increasing the magnetic field intensity and interaction space with the use of dual coil.The test results showed that the magnetic cyclone had some desliming effect on magnetite and could improve the concentrate grade of magnetite,as a good magnetic concentrating equipment.
