The quality of terminal information provided by the information chain is a crucial element of effect of attacking time Critical target （abr. TCT）. Information chain error from sensor to shooter is the measurement of terminal information quality. The formula for calculating information chain error is constructed. All knots error elements are included in the formula. The quantitative relation between the information chain error and the probability of capturing TCT is present. At last the case which scenario is the missile attacking ships is studied.
