Zhou Shouming, born in 1972. He is a Ph.D. student in School of Electrical Engineering and Automation of Harbin Institute of Technology. He received his B.S. degree from Tianjin Polytechnic University in 1996 and his M.S. degree from China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology respectively.
