针对伺服驱动器向智能化、网络化方向发展的需要,以及目前国际标准现场总线Devi-ceNet没有对伺服驱动器定义设备描述从而给产品设计等实际应用带来困难的问题,作者对现有DeviceNet电动机控制设备层协议进行了深入分析,对伺服驱动器进行了接口定义,并给出了对伺服驱动器进行控制的信号流图,完成了实验系统硬件研制和软件编制,并进行了相关的实验测试。实验结果证实了所提出方法的可行性和实用性,是对DevcieNet协议中电动机控制设备层部分的一个重要补充,对设备描述部分的研究过程也适用于其它特定用途的DeviceNet节点开发。
To meet the developing requirement of intelligence and networking of servo drivers, and to solve the problem that servo drive device profile has not been defined in DevieeNet and this gets a lot of difficulties in application such as production design, the DeviceNet control interfaces for the servo driver was defined based on deep analysis of the DeviceNet protocol. The control signal flow of the servo driver was given, and the hardware was made and the software was compiled, and corresponding experiments were done. The experimental results verify the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method. The method is an important supplement to hierarchy of motor control devices in DevieeNet protocol, and the research process of the device profile can also be used in other special DevieeNet node developments.
