为解决卤水输送过程中普遍存在的结盐现象,减少结盐层厚度的增加给相关工业生产带来不良后果,采用卤水中常见的硫酸钠作为溶质,主要针对管路结盐的诱导期进行研究,观察传热试验段硫酸钠结盐初期的生长特性,即结盐诱导期变化趋势.研究结果显示,过饱和度是结盐诱导期的主要影响因素.由于溶液过饱和度提高,管壁上结盐成核速率增大,诱导期持续时间随溶液质量浓度升高而减短.同等工况下随着溶液质量浓度的增加、初始温度降低,溶液结盐诱导期缩短,环境温度高,延长诱导期.流速小于1 m/s时诱导期随速度增加而增加,流速大于1 m/s时,诱导期不再变化.
To solve crystal phenomenon which is common in the bittern transferring process and to reduce the increasing of crystal layer which will deteriorate the daily production of the relevant industry, in this experiment, sodium sulfate which commonly exists in bittern is used as solute. The goal is to study the induction period of crystal so that to explore the characteristics of the primary period of crystallization of sodium sulfate. The results of the experiment indicate that the supersaturation is the main factor that influence the primary period of crystallization. Due to the supersaturation, the pace of the crystallization increases sharply, and the time span of inducing period decreases as the concentration increases. Under the same conditions, with the increase of concentration in the solution, the initial temperature decreases, so that the time span of induce period becomes shorter. The increasing of the environment temperature prolongs the time span of the inducing period. When the flow rate is below 1 m/s, the time span of the inducing period increases with the increase of flow rate. However, when the rate exceeds 1 m/s, the inducing period will not change any more.
