对单螺杆泵特性及相似理论的应用进行了探讨。通过分析水力几何系数κ1、κ2及比转速n,对泵性能曲线影响的对比试验,阐述泵性能变化规律。推导出泵螺杆直径D、导程T和偏心距e的计算公式。在归纳分析优秀水力模型基础上,运用数值分析方法拟合出系数耽、K2及泵容积效率ηv计算公式,从而推出一套完整的单螺杆泵设计方法。通过设计实例验证了该设计方法具有较高的准确性和实用性,并提出了提高螺杆泵性能的措施。
The single screw pump performance and the similarity theory application were studied. The pump performance variation principles were conducted by analyzing the influence of hydranlic structure coefficients κ1 and κ2, specific speed n, on performance curves. Computational formulae of screw diameter D, screw-pitch and eccentricity e were deduced. Based on the summary of excellent hydraulic models, numerical analyses were applied to fit out the formulae for coefficients κ1 and κ2, pump volume efficiency ηv,while the single screw design method was built. The example design cases prove that the design method proposed herein is of high accuracy and practice, and it can embody some measures to improve the screw pump performance.
