该文针对圆柱齿轮在CATIA环境下建模过程中涉及到的几种方法,进行了理论分析。利用CATIA软件以不同方法建模,使用分析工具进行分析,并且通过MSC—Simdesigner将虚拟装配模型导入ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真分析。比较了各个建模技术特点,通过对齿轮啮合力大小及转速等相关动力学分析,得到一种合理的圆柱齿轮建模方法。
Introduces parametric gear modeling and some kinds of methods to build cylindrical gears by CAT- IA and makes a theoretical analysis. Builds different spur gears and helical gears in CATIA through the above methods and makes analysis by the inner tools. The above models are also imported into ADAMS by MSC-Sim- designer to be done simulation analysis. Compares the characteristics of the various modeling techniques, through the dynamic analysis of gear meshing force and speed of different modeling find out a reasonable meth- od to model cylindrical gears.
