信息制造业在以制造业为主导的中国有着重要的地位。我国地域辽阔,经济发展水平各异,其技术创新能力的区域差异研究显得尤为重要。通过构建信息制造业技术创新能力的综合指标体系,对1999-2007年中国信息制造业技术创新能力的区域差异进行了实证研究。结果发现:(1)按照信息制造业创新能力的梯度差异可以把我国31个省、市、区初步划分为五大等级;(2)等级之间的差距随着等级强度的增加而增大,等级上各省、市、区的分布大致呈金字塔型;(3)31个省、市、区信息制造业技术创新能力的时间维度变动轨迹显示,1/5以上的省、市、区信息制造业技术创新能力呈上升态势,1/4以上的省、市、区比较稳定,不到1/3的省、市、区有所下降,而其余省、市、区呈不规则波动。
Information manufacturing industry has an important role in manufacturing-led China. There are vast territory and different levels of economic development level in China. It is particularly important to study on regional differences of technological innovation capacity in China. This article empirically study on the regional differences of technological innovation capacity of information manufacturing industry from 1999 to 2007 in China through constructing of integrated technology innovation capacity index system of information manufacturing industry. The results show that: Firstly, we can preliminarily divide information manufacturing industry of our country into five grades based on the gradient difference of innovational capacity; Secondly, the gap between different grades becomes bigger as the intensity of grade increases, the grades of all the provinces and cities is more or less like the distribution of pyramid ; Thirdly, according to the dynamical analyzes on the developmental trajectory of technologi- cal innovation capacity of information manufacturing industry in 31 provinces and municipalities of China from a time dimension, of which more than 1/5 provinces and cities have a upward trend in technological innovation capacity of information manufacturing industry, more than 1/4 provinces and cities are relatively stable, less than 1/3 provinces and cities have a declined trend, while the remaining provinces and cities is irregularly fluctuant.
