提出了随机模拟时滞生化反应的DRRA算法,该算法在模拟有时滞的随机生化反应系统时更为有效与实用.文中用了两个具体的生化反应系统模型,分别使用DSSA算法、D-leaping算法和DRRA算法进行模拟.仿真实验结果表明,在精度损失较小的前提下,DRRA算法的模拟运行时间约为DSSA算法的45%~60%,约为D-leaping算法的60%-84%.
The paper presents a DRRA for stochastic simulation of biochemical reacting system with delays,which can be more effective and practical.Two models of biochemical reaction system are illustrated and simulation is conducted using DSSA,D-leaping and DRRA respectively.Numerical results demonstrate that,with losing a little accuracy,the run time of the proposed algorithm is about 45%~60%of DSSA and 60%~84%of D-leaping.
