废弃混凝土块经过分拣、破碎、清洗、分级后,可以分成再生粗骨料和再生细骨料,将再生粗骨料作为混凝土骨料,其力学性能与天然骨料相比有所差异。针对不同粒径再生骨料混凝土的性能进行试验分析,对分析不同粒径再生骨料混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量进行比较。试验表明:随着再生骨料粒径的变化,再生混凝土抗压强度与弹性模量都有明显变化,但变化规律与粒径变化不一致,据此,对优选骨料粒径提出建议。
The recycled coarse and fine aggregate are produced by washing and grading the useful aggregate which comes from crushing the picked discarded concrete blocks. The mechanical properties of the concrete which is made from recycled aggregate are different from that of the concrete which is made from natural aggregate. The mechanical properties of the different recycled aggregate diameter concrete are analyzed, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the different recycled aggregate diameter concrete are com- pared. The conclusions are as follows: with the change of the recycled aggregate diameter, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the recycled concrete have a significant change, but the change is not con- sistent with the change of the recycled aggregate diameter. How to optimize recycled aggregate diameter is proposed.
