为研究煤矿井下可移动防护系统舱内空间的安全舒适性和舱内设备运行的可靠性,以采用分段模块化结构的KJYF-96/12型矿用井下可移动硬体救生舱为例,从煤矿运输管理的实际需要和人机工程学的角度,利用计算机分析软件对防护系统壳体的防爆性能进行了有限元分析,并在生产现场进行了实验。结果表明,分段模块化的可移动救生舱结构合理,能满足防爆冲击等性能要求,说明采取的分析方法是可行和有效的。
For study of safe comfortable space and operation reliability of equipment inside the cabin of mine mobile refuge chamber, taking the segmentation modular structure of KJYF-96/12 type of mine mobile refuge chamber as example, from the angle of the actual needs of coal transportation management and ergonomics, explosion-proof performance of mine mobile refuge chamber shell is studied by means of finite element analysis software and experiments are carried out in the field of production. Results show that the structure of segmenta- tion module mobile rescue capsule is reasonable and can satisfy the explosion shock and other performance re- quirements. It also proves that adopting the analysis method is feasible and effective.
