对纳米复相陶瓷在多频率超声振动条件下的磨削力进行了理论分析,并对在不同磨削参数下的磨削力进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在不同的超声振动磨削参数下,磨削力都随着频率的增加而减小。通过理论分析与实验结果的比较,发现该模型的理论预测与实验结果吻合。
The grinding force on grinding nanocomposite ceramics under multi-frequency ultrasonic vibration was analyzed theoretically and studied experimentally in different grinding parameters. The experimental result shows that the grinding force decreases with the increase of the frequency in different ultrasonic vibration grinding parameters. It is found that the theoretical prediction of the model is in good agreement with the cited experimental results.
