英文摘要：

A proper understanding of the major factors causing the phenomenon of crowding-groups of college graduates is the starting point to ease the problem. Based on statistics obtained through investigation of the present situation of these inhabiting-together college graduate groups, we can get a general understanding of these people, of their families, their career development and their mental health. We find that factors such as the imbalance between the supply and demand of college graduates on the labor market, the population- drawing effect of large cities, and the conflict between low salaries and high living costs among the young people have contributed to the worsening situation of these living-together college graduate communities. Based on a psychological study of these groups, this paper also puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions with a view to providing theoretical support for China＇s policy adjustments to cope with the worsening problem of the inhabiting-together communities of college graduates.
