英文摘要：

In rural areas, deep--seated problems move into the foreground along with the deepening of reform, which makes the traditional top--down governance mechanism inefficient. More and more towns and villages start trying to build the democratic deliberative governance mechanism. That Chinese rural area is in the transition process from the authoritar Jan governance to the democratic deliberative governance brings about an uneven situation of development level. The present democratic deliberative governance mechanism in some rural areas has positive effects on rural governance. It improves rural autonomy system and promotes the legal level of decision--making, which protects the interests and promotes the political standard of persons in rural areas..Some suggestions are put forward as a consequence. The faith to develop rural democratic deliberative governance mechanism has to be stuck firmly. The enthusiasm of rural party organizations and cadres to that mechanism has to be improved. The rural NGOs have to be fostered effectively. The innovative kinds of rural democratic deliberative governance mechanism have to be encouraged.
