根据铝箔轧制中张力控制的特点,给出针对双电机串轴驱动的主从传动控制方式。针对铝箔轧制过程中张力控制精确度要求高的问题,通过对间接恒张力控制策略各个组成部分的详细分析,找出影响张力控制精确度的几个关键参数。在研究传统卷径计算方式缺陷的基础上,给出使用激光测距直接获取精确卷径的方法;通过摩擦转矩测试获得了不同转速下的摩擦转矩,有效避免了摩擦转矩设定为常数对静态张力的影响;根据输出转矩与转动惯量的关系,提出了影响动态张力的转动惯量精确测量方法。在某铝箔轧机的应用效果表明,该张力控制策略取得了静态±1%、动态±2%的张力控制精确度。
Based on the characteristic of tension control in aluminum foil rolling process,the master-slave drive control mode was given according to the double-motor driving.Aiming at tension control high accuracy requirement in aluminum foil rolling process,the key parameters which affect tension control accuracy were found out by detailed analysis of indirect constant tension control system.Based on the defects of traditional coil diameter calculation methods,the acquisition method of coil diameter using laser rangefinder was put forward;the friction torque in different rotate speed was obtained by friction torque testing,the effect of constant friction torque setting on static tension was avoided;on the basis of the relationship of torque and rotational inertia,a precise measurement method for rotational inertia was proposed.The application result in an aluminum foil mill shows that the static tension accuracy is ±1% and the dynamic tension accuracy is ±2% using the tension control system.
