用化学交联法合成了P(MMA—PEGDMA)凝胶聚合物电解质,聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGDMA)大分子单体作为交联剂使其形成网状结构.采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TG)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及交流阻抗(EIS)等技术对聚合物电解质的热性能以及电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明,P(MMA—PEGDMA)膜具有良好的结构稳定性和热稳定性;凝胶聚合物电解质的离子电导率随着聚合物中有机电解液含量的增加而升高.当有机电解液的质量分数为70%时,其室温电导率达最大值3.62×10^-3S/cm.
P(MMA-PEGDMA) gel polymer electrolyte was prepared by chemical cross-linking reaction. In order to form the network structure, PFGDMA was used as cross-linkers. The results showed that the mechanical property of the gel electrolyte was apparently improved. Infrared spectra (IR), thermogravimetric analyzer (TG) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were employed to investigate the characteristics of the gel polymer membranes. It is found that the membrane has good structural and thermal stability, and the gel polymer electrolyte with the 70% of liquid electrolyte possessed the maximum ionic conductivity of 3.62 × 10^-3 S/cm at the room temperature.
