以悬式水轮发电机的支撑部件上机架为主要研究对象,利用ADINA有限元软件建立水轮发电机上机架、定子和转子的耦合模型,对耦合模型进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,得到了耦合模型固有频率、振型以及各种激励频率下的振动双幅值。根据灵敏度分析原理和拉丁超立方实验优化设计方法,总结出上机架筋板厚度和千斤顶刚度对上机架振动双幅值的影响规律,找出了合理的设计参数使上机架振动双幅值满足国标要求,且上机架的固有频率远离工作转频。
The upper bracket of suspended hydro generator is studied as the main subject. Using the finite element software ADINA, the coupling model of upper bracket, rotor and stator is established. By the modal and harmonic analysis, the inherent frequency, the mode and amplitude of vibration under various excited frequencies are then obtained. Based on the sensitivity analysis and Latin Hypercube experiment, the effect of rib thickness and stiffness of jacks on the upper bracket amplitude is summarized and the reasonable design parameters are found so that the amplitude can meet the international standards. Its inherent frequency is far away from the operating frequency.
