研制了折射率渐变光波导传感器,在灵敏度与波导参数理论模型基础上,进行了波导传感厚度及模式的优化设计。在此基础上,搭建了混合物浓度测试回路测试装置,实现了COHb和O2Hb的混合物浓度的测试,并对渐变波导包层吸收模谱特性进行了理论分析和实验测试,测试了包层吸收损耗。结果表明溶液包层吸收特征的折射率虚部与溶液浓度之间具有十分显著的线性相关性。利用该装置测试了11种不同浓度混合物的溶液样品,浓度测试值与实际配制浓度值的均方差小于0.054%。当COHb〉1%时,测定结果较为理想,适用于诊断性定量测定,具有重要的临床应用价值。
In this study,the sensor with graded refractive index waveguides was developed.the waveguide sensor thickness and model was optimized on the theoretical model of sensitivity and the waveguide parameters.On this basis,we developed the loop equipment to test the concentration of COHb and O2Hb in the mixture,and experiment data was consistent with the theoretical analysis of waveguide cladding mode absorption spectra characteristics.We examined the difference between the test value and the actual value of 11 different concentrations of sample and the acquired mean square error is less than 0.054%.Moreover,the measured results are linear when the concentration of COHb is more than 1%.It suggested that this system have important clinical implications in the future.
